Formerly known as DMI, Diversified Machine Systems, Incorporated (DMS) is a now a Texas corporation owned and operated by Mr. Patrick Bollar, who for over 25 years was a principal in Motionmaster, Incorporated and one of the chief architects of that highly successful line of 3 & 5 Axis CNC Routers. The original focus of DMS over the last 10 years has been to design and produce custom CNC routers as well as provide centralized support for Motionmaster products nationwide.

In October 2003 that focus changed dramatically with the decision by Motionmaster to cease operations permanently. Patrick rapidly recruited and mobilized a highly experienced team of design, technical, production and marketing resources necessary to completely fill the CNC router market void created by the demise of Motionmaster.

Patrick has been successful in translating years of design and customer application experience into a CNC Router product line with structural, performance and features not available in any machine of this class or price range. Machine deliveries began in early 2004 and continue at a ever increasing pace as DMS furthers its position as the supplier of choice in the CNC router market.

In order to greatly increase production capacity, DMS has relocated all operations from Colorado Springs to a new and spacious manufacturing facility in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area effective November 20, 2004.

Western CNC, Inc. (WCi)

WCi was founded by Mr. Frank Cabanski with a charter to provide high quality applications assistance, technical sales and support solely to the CNC Router market. Having successfully represented Motionmaster CNC routers for over 10 years, Frank was recruited by DMS to provide the same quality service to its customers. WCi represents the DMS product line exclusively in the Southwestern USA and Internationally.

Prior to entering the CNC Router Industry, Frank’s career spanned over 20 years as a highly successful Electrical Engineer, manager and consultant directly involved in new product development and marketing of industrial automation, process control systems, instrumentation and laser metrology.
